Arena bookings
Please keep it clean!
BEIRC has the responsibility of maintaining the arena surfaces, but we can't do this without YOUR support. These surfaces will not last forever and they will degrade more quickly if droppings are not picked up and mix in to the surface. It is the responsibility of all users to clear the arena when they leave. If you arrive and find droppings, please phone Kelly Telfer on 07761294425 with the time and date and we will follow this up. We are also looking for Volunteers to help us with regular maintenance such as harrowing, painting kickboards etc. If you can offer some of your time please contact us here.
HOWEVER IT IS STILL YOUR DUTY TO LEAVE THE ARENAS & ROADS/PATHS CLEAR OF DROPPINGS
