• All horses/ponies must be up to date with vaccinations

• Closing date for entries is one week before the competition. No refunds will be given once times are published.​

• Times and results will be published on https://booking.bookingfox.io/book/show-activities and on our facebook page

• Competitor numbers – please remember to bring your Competitor number​

• Everyone mounted must wear protective headgear conforming to the current British standards and chin straps must be done up at all times.​​

• The Judges decision is final.​

• Under no circumstances should horses/ponies be left tied unattended outside their trailers/lorries

• Please remember to remove muck from the carpark.

• Dogs must be on leads and under control at all times.

• There may be a photographer present. Please let us know if you do not wish to be photographed.
