All Subscribers are entitled to use the Show Jumping equipment but must agree to the following by means of ticking the relevant box on the Subscription Form.

 

• I confirm that I am competent to use the show jumps owned by BEIRC and stored at Barstobrick and I will ensure on each occasion I will check the equipment for possible faults before use.  I will also use them with care and I will not use them outwith my capacity or experience unless I have a competent person to instruct or accompany me.

 

• I also undertake to abide by the T&Cs for the use of the facility, which I agreed to when I became a Subscriber.  This includes ensuring all equipment is stored back in the correct place following use.

 

• I confirm that I will not let anyone who is not a Subscriber or who has not agreed to these T&Cs, access to the showjumps or to allow them to use the showjumping equipment when it is under my control.

• I acknowledge that the Trustees of BEIRC accept any responsibility for any damage to persons or property however caused which may occur when the facilities, including the jumps, are used by a Subscriber.
