Barstobrick Equestrian and Indoor Recreation Centre

Barstobrick Equestrian and Indoor Recreation Club (BEIRC)is a registered Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) run by Trustees. However, we are all volunteers, and cannot run this organisation on our own. We are hugely appreciative of the support of our Subscribers, whose subscriptions help towards the leasing, maintenance and development of the two arenas and our Members and Helpers who give of their time and skills to support us in the facilities and competitions that we provide.

The aim of BEIRC is to provide the community of the Stewartry district and beyond, equestrians and other sports enthusiasts an opportunity to take part in activities in a high quality, safe and enjoyable environment at Barstobrick. Our facilities include :-

  • - a 60m x 25m Main indoor arena, with waxed silica sand and clopf fibre surface

  • - 40m x 20m Second arena, with silica sand and clopf fibre surface

  • - lights, members room and toilets

If you have any questions that are not answered on the other of our pages, please contact us here.

Would you like to use the arenas? We offer a range of Subscriptions to suit your needs, whether as an individual, family or club. The subscription year begins on 1st October and runs to 30th September. See our Subscriptions page for more information regarding the various options for arena access and rates for the current year.

Would you be interested in helping support and develop the club? We are looking for Members to support us in the operation of BEIRC. You don’t need to be a subscriber. Membership is open to anyone over the age of 16 who has a vested interest in furthering the purposes of the charity. We are looking for people who can give us their skills, time and commitment - eg admin skills, harrowing , help with competitions, fundraising etc. Without your support, BEIRC cannot succeed. If you are able to support us, or want to find out more, please contact us here.
